Hi can you help ? i've had a small extension put on our our house
3 years ago a neighnour said i defo need planning consent .But I remember you have a certain allowance in space can you tell me how much.


also the brick base do you sell as well? as a kit

good question mcook you do indeed have a building allowance
which varies according to the type of property you live in
see conservatory planning information here

its a bit complex but assuming you haven't used all your allowance you will be fine providing it meet the other criteria

we don't sell the brick sorry , but we have what we feel to a better solution to digging a trench and moving approx 2 tonnes of soil.

in fact its our ready made instabase that can be installed by two people in one day! we fitted one ourselves havea look at the film" a conservatory in 5 days"http://www.conservatories.tv

also there is some information view oursee online instabuild brochure

we have sold loads of instabases and we are really impressed with the concept and the construction.
