That only thier conservatories had fensa on is this true and what does it mean ? ido i need it?

hmm.. salesmen are sometiems misinformed or full of it if you prefer.

FENSA is a regulatory organisation who inspect window installations made by other window companies to ensure they comply to building regs.

conservatories are exempt from FENSA see here full explanation

so no you don't need it and a conservatory can't have it either! tell them to read this if they don't believe you !
